A privilege, Call Spy facility is granted only to a few chosen executives of the organization. The feature empowers them to listen in on any ongoing phone call on any of the extensions.
They can hear in on the interaction, but cannot participate in the discussion. The callers will not be able to detect under any circumstances that their call is being listened to.
