Hoax.Win32.Renos.cgh is Trojan virus which replicates itself and makes changes in the system files. It is carried by a range of channels from emails and malicious web pages to removable media and network sharing platforms. It kicks off every time a system is rebooted and consumes most of the system’s resource to slow down the response time of the system. Usually, an error message “Windows explorer not working” is displayed. This message is displayed even when the browser is not running. This is one of the sure shot signs of a system being infected by this Trojan. Major applications of Windows such as MS Word are also affected by this Trojan.
