If you want to create templates in outlook 2010, that’s as easy as creating an email. We will discuss here all the steps required to create one.
- Go to ‘New Mail’ on Home tab as usual we choose to compose a new email as shown in the image below:
2.Now keep it as draft email.
3.The drafted email should be saved as template, for this click on ‘File’ menu and select ‘Save as’ shown in the image below:
4. While saving the message specify the type as “Outlook Template” from the drop-down.
5.Click on “Save”.
6.To use your template all you have to do is open it by double clicking on it, or you can also open the same by right click and selecting “Open” from the popup menu. You can send it to anybody you want.
